Business Transition refers to transferring ownership and operation of existing business to new owners.  Transition is a process that takes planning and many times, a little 'outside' help is needed.  The VCCEDB is invested in providing that assistance to insure that existing businesses in our City and County have the opportunity to continue, rather than being closed.
